The company was founded by Haim Sternberg, who continues to serve as its president. From the start, our philosophy has been to be recognized for outstanding customer service as well as industry-leading efforts in data recovery. Our mission is to complete every data recovery job possible, unlike some of our competitors, even if it means that we may engage the help of an industry affiliate(*) to help us achieve a successful file recovery. We are not going to tell you that "Your data is unrecoverable" unless we are absolutely sure it can't be recovered by anyone else in the industry.

The scope of CSI's abilities range from operating system and firmware corrections to parts replacement and reconstruction of hard drives that are physcially damaged, including those in fires or physically damaged or are not spinning. Using a combination of highly sophisticated techniques along with commercially available and proprietary equipment and programs, we have a obtained a level of success that rivals everyone in the industry. We don't boast about 70%, 80% or 90% success rates because statistics are misleading; instead, we measure our success by the large number of customers that are continulally referred to us by computer repair shops, IT departments and previous customers.
