- All media, computers and laptops should be enclosed in an anti-static bag and wrapped in bubble-wrap for protection.
- There should be a minimum of 2 inches of padding on all sides of the media.
- The contents of the packing box should be well secured.
- Please do not use Styrofoam peanuts.
- The outside of the shipping box should be labeled to indicate fragile contents.
- For ease of identification, please complete the data recovery information sheet* and place it inside of the box.
- This information may be taped to the media being recovered.
*The data recovery information sheet is a form that customers can enter information and print. Please complete as much information as possible.

- From I-285, take I-75 North to Delk Road (Exit #261).
- Take left lane of Delk Rd. exit heading toward Lockheed/Dobbins, west over I-75.
- Turn left at 1st intersection on Franklin Road (Cracker Barrel is on the left).
- Go past traffic light on Franklin Road to 2nd street on left.
- Turn left onto Northwest Parkway.
- Cherry Systems' driveway is the 1st left.
- Turn into parking lot, our building is straight ahead.
