STEP 1: Fast, Free Evaluation
- We need your device in hand to complete the evaluation and provide a flat-rate price for the data recovery process. Please make plans to bring your device to our lab in Marietta or ship your device to us.
- Please complete our Client Information Form. You may send back by email, bring with your device at drop off or ship with your device.
- Once we have your Client Information Form and your device in-house, we will begin the evaluation. All devices will be evaluated to determine if "software" or "hardware" failure.
- Cherry will provide a flat-rate price for the data recovery process and require your approval, before proceeding.
- Evaluation results for most devices are completed within 2-5 business days.
- All recovery work is completed in-house as we have a cleanroom onsite.

NOTE: RAID, NAS & SAN evaluations may take longer, depending on the number of drives in your system, and there may be initial fees involved at drop off.

Getting Us Your Device:
You can choose to either ship your device or bring your device to our lab.
STEP 2: Authorization
Please fill out and sign an Authorization Form. Form can be returned via:

- Fax at 770.955.3833
Also, Optional Services will let you choose how you want the device returned.
STEP 3: Returning Your Data
Recoveries under 200GB can be returned on a Flash Drive. You may either provide one or purchase one from us as we have all sizes available.
For recoveries over 200GB, you can choose either to:
- Provide your own blank hard drive to us.
- Purchase a new hard drive from us.
- 1TB, 2TB, 3TB, 4TB (larger sizes also available if needed)

Need Help Transferring Files?
Contact your IT consultant, computer repair shop or we may provide a reference.
Cherry Systems will retain a copy of your files for 30 days in case of transfer problems.
STEP 4: Follow-up Care
Our recovery advisor will provide you with the basic information to upload the recovered data onto your system.
